The FibrOutTM System is a combination of several biochemical compounds and reagents which prevent fibroblastic overgrowth and increase targeted cell growth during primary cell culture.
The reagents contained in this system are stable at room temperatures for normal shipping periods, but the package should be stored at 4oC upon arrival. The reagent is stable and effective for up to 4 months at 4oC. For long periods of storage, it should be kept at -20oC. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for the production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research models for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males.
The female mice are pregnant for only 20 days and can give birth to 10 liters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbred strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, and SCID while CD-1 is outbred as a strain.
